UAB PREXIDO, owned and operated by PREXIDO UAB, (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) takes our responsibilities to protect your Personal Data very seriously. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) describes how we protect your personal information provided to us on our WhatsApp and Telegram mobile applications accounts (hereinafter referred to as “Apps accounts”) as well as on website, email and P2P platform chat and how we use that information in connection with the services we offered. This Policy shall be read in conjunction with your personal information provided to us on website, Email, P2P platform chat, WhatsApp and Telegram at the time of acquiring our services.

If you are under the age of 18, you may not avail the services of UAB PREXIDO. UAB PREXIDO does not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our content specifically to person under 18. If we learn or have reason to suspect that you are a customer who is under the age of 18, we will have to stop our services immediately.

We specifically request that you do not provide us with any sensitive personal data (meaning information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic, health, or biometric information, information about sex life, or sexual orientation, or criminal convictions or offenses) through our Apps account, or otherwise to us

1.1. We may utilize third-party service providers (“Third-Party Service Providers”), from time to time or all the time, to help us with our Website, and to help serve you. We do not link to a third party websites/applications except for Google firebase, WhatsApp, Telegram and P2P platforms of crypto exchanges where we receive your personal information for the provision of our services.  Moreover, we process your payments via bank. We recommend that you must read the privacy policy of Google here WhatsApp here and Telegram here and the respective P2P platform chat of crypto exchanges before acquiring our services. We do not own and control the said Apps, their content, or their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any app/website before submitting your personal information.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Privacy Policy, we may provide your Personal Data to a third party or to third parties in order to protect the rights, property or safety, of us, our customers or third parties, or as otherwise required by law.
